Randy Milmeister- Managing Partner / Broker

 
Randy is the Managing Partner and Corporate Broker for Fortis Residential Realty.  He began his career in real estate in 2002 in residential real estate investment, and then worked with commercial investment, brokerage, and development over the next few years.  Randy has completed the Lied Institute for Real Estate Studies Commercial Certification and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) candidate.  He is a member of the Greater Las Vegas, Nevada, and National Association of Realtors. He is also the Director of Operations and Marketing for Overton Boat and RV Storage.

Although born in LA, Randy grew up in Las Vegas.  He is a 1999 graduate of the University of Nevada Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.  At UNLV Randy earned the Board of Regents Outstanding Student Award, was President of Psi Chi- the National Honor Society for Psychology, Beta Theta Pi Fraternity Scholarship Chair, UNLV Rugby Captain 1996-1997, Western Psychological Association Outstanding Researcher, and two term Student Senator.  He is an active Clark County Substitute Teacher and contributes to several charitable organizations.  He is a proud dad to Gavin, Nicole, and Jayden, and lives in Silverado Ranch.
